CS3 printing problem

    Well in the second print dialog box (after you click Print..) The regular drop-down menu is still there, only all options concerning Color Management, Print Setting and Paper Configuration etc. are crossed out and unclickable.

    This has only happened since upgrading to CS3.

    I've tried downloading the latest driver for 10.4.11, restarting etc. and no luck. WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF?
