i cannot vote since i'm not american. but i will say that i supported barack obama to be the next president of the usa. i didn't support him because he's young, nor because he's african-american. i support him because i believe he is a good human being.
in my opinion, i like obama because he is well educated. when he talks you can tell he knows his subjects well. he's a great speaker, a great motivator, and a gentleman.
though, what stands out the most, i think, that when he speaks he hardly use the phrase "i will...", but he more than not will use "we", "us", "together". not "we" as in the government, but "we" as a whole nation. that, to me, is a sign of someone who truly understands what his people's need.
now that obama is elected, i can only hope that he will do the job he has promised. though i don't expect him to fulfill every one of them, not on one term, but at least he will bring a new culture to the american government. a government that will bring good to the american people and the rest of the world. amen.
