depending on what you mean by "small run", you might wanna take your file and your vinyl to a local signshop to be printed and cut.
many large format printers nowadays can print and cut your stickers all in one session. this is the easiest way to do things. pretty quick ,efficient way of doing it. if you bring in some vinyl they can use, then you will only have to pay for time (which generally isnt too expensive for what you would be wanting).
