Not so fast, I’m not done yet.
When one is dissatisfied, it is much harder to imagine what might be required to stick it out in their current situation. The promise of new horizons, ney, greener pastures is much easier for most to imagine. There is a certain sense of freedom, power and self-determination in the act of resigning and starting with a clean slate, which can’t be experienced, especially vicariously, by putting up and sticking it out in an unhappy position.
