obvious yadada: taking stuff liek that personal is the worst thing you can do, even if they are total dicks. makes a job suck. I do it often enough and it screws up both your work and the product.
try to stay productive, make them walk you through the issues, make them explain to you the things you need to know. try not to show your negative emotions, makes things worse.
