    So JazX, are you implying that we are supposed to take an opinion article based on a book by an established conservative, featuring questionable statistics (as all stats are) with no info on margin of error, sampling size or polling numbers and some magical, sourceless "facts" as the evidence that modern conservatism doesn't equal institutionalized greed? Please. By the way, you are wrong about sates' federal spending versus federal taxes paid having nothing to do with socialism. Socialism is defined as nationalization of public interests while still maintaining some measure of capitalist freedom. Relying on money from the federal government to build roads and police stations with out making an independent, state-level monetary contribution is VERY related.
