Yes to Young Baroque, no to the other scripts.
If you use Garamond, use one of Adobe's versions, either Garamond Pro or Premier Pro. Other cuts of Garamond are not well drawn.
Minion Pro or Bembo would also be appropriate.
Didot could be useful.
Really, this one is a bit up to interpretation as others have said.
