  oh what the hell?! just go out dancing (girls love that) and YOU buy the drinks, don't be too personal just hang out be friends. dress nice, no shorts and t-shirt crap, flirt a little with other girls "smile" (your just friends anyway right?!) as she's having a great time and getting tipsy she will start to want ALL the attention and let it ride from there.
  this is not rocket science there's either attraction or there isn't.

  ps.. don't get her too drunk or she won't remember and feel horrible the next morning plus she won't want to call you because she has officially made a fool of herself.
