  take her out show her u have an interest in her and see if she responds. If she doesn't then move on. Make sure you are always a gentleman open all doors and do everything to make her feel good. Then after the date you could try giving her a kiss goodnight. It def is not a good idea to have a relationship at work though so you or her would have to think about that.
