Do any of you have coworkers that experiment in Flash as well? Is it beneficial? I have what I see as a hindrance in the fact that I'm the only designer at my work that plays around off the clock. Aside from books and the occasional gem .FLA online, I really have no one else to compare/keep what I do in check.
