obviously design is subjective and one persons gold is another persons whatever but this seems like a lot of sidestepping for what is basically a shit logo. that's not a personal attack, i know shit logos, i've been doing them for years. i just think you need to come up with an idea and then transcribe that to a design. or vice versa. either way, put that idea to the side and try some more on for size. type size / weight aside, it's not a good logo.
my 2 cents. please give them back when you're finished, i ran out.
