  Dentists too dear?
  Shop smart, outsource, become a dental tourist. Just like Americans go to South America for cheap high quality dental services by US-med-school-trained dentists, you have plenty of East European options - Slovakia, Czech Rep., Poland, Hungary, etc.
  There are dental practices that are geared towards Western clients, with good English, providing accomodation when needed, etc.
