From my recent theft experience the only advice I can give is to buy a shitty bike to ride into work on. Anything nice will get stolen, even shitty bikes run the risk of getting swiped but you're less likely to have that happen. My current bike that I ride to work on is worth about $40, I have about $80 in locks on it.
The more locks the better, i'm surprised someone went to the effort if you had that many on your bike it must have been a nice one.
Did you at least record the serial number (for whatever good that might do)?
