no you can't. it can only be trademarked and protected if its a marketing point, like an identifying way its cut that is obvious to consumers, like how chanel dresses are cut and patterned(even then enforcement is pretty scarce). you can't really patent much in fashion anyway unless its a novel way to do something, like a new fastener or new material or a new industrial process. don't worry about protection so much as staying ahead of the curve.
