  until yesterday, i always hated going to home depot. it's like walking into a best buy. huge. can't find anyone to help you. and once you do, they have no clue about anything in the entire store (or if they actually know something about anything in the store, it will not be what you need help with) "i'm sorry, i don't usually work in this section" blahblahblah

  but yesterday it all changed. one guy actually answered all 3 questions i was in and out in 5 minutes with what i needed.
