  "The Island" was on Film 4 last night, hant heard of this film but thought i'd give it a go since Scarlett was in it.
  Im not a big film buff and dont keep up with stars, what films they are in or even who they are. But i KNOW who she is after melting at her Lost In Translation. First time id seen this lass in a film.

  Thought The Island was an alright film, easily watchable. It stole sooooo many elements from various scifi films such as star wars, thx1138, bladerunner, running man. I did think it was a bit of a pity that it was so "dumbed-down" for the commercial market - too glitzy and perfect and everypart of the story line/background was explained rather than you having to work out for yourself what was going on. Reckon this could have been made a much more darker film - even with the same stars.
  Scarlett looks f*ckin amazing in that white outfittttttt!
