    Sigur Ros - Svefn-G-Englar ->
    David Bowie - Neukoln ->
    Modest Mouse - Trucker Atlas ->
    Yo La Tengo - Night Falls on Hoboken ->
    Smashing Pumpkins -> Thru The Eyes of Ruby ->
    GYBE -> East Hastings.... etc.

    All in similar vein, all I wouldn't consider Mainstream/Pop

    • i'd call bowie and pumpkins as mainstream as it gets personally. bowie is a poster child for pop.airey
