Aye-men. Last year was the first time in my life I ever got continually sick. Turned out my body was telling me to go to the doctor's as I had appendicitis and all the tell-tale signs which weakned my immune system something ridiculous, haha.
I know a lot of people who already have colds and sinus infections - it's ridiculous.
