I'd say Cubecart too. The templates are easy to customise and it's pretty welll featured.
In answer to Nairn about wp-commerce plugin. I wouldn't bother at the moment. It's not too bad but I get the feeling it'll never really be finished. I used it on a clients site and they quite like it but it took a shite load of hacking around to get it working properly and the support for the plugin is via about 2 helpful users on their forums or tickets that cost about £50 an hour.
If you're confident you can get it all set up and running and you're used to working with Wordpress then it's maybe worth a look but you'll probably find better options outside of wordpress to be honest.
