  Definitely just migrate it to InDesign. It'll take some time to set it up again but once you set your paragraph and character styles edits will be WAY faster and easier and collation is also quicker for you.
  Like stem says; Illy for logos. InDesign for most everything else. I never understood why Illy doesn't do clipping paths the way that ID does boxes for photos....
