Us humans are a funny bunch, eh?

Disasters like this could all be avoided if we didnt build our towns and sities on:

    - Floodplains
    - Below Sea Level
    - On Fault Lines
    - At the foot of active volcano's

When i switch on the news and see that some little town down in england has been submerged underwater for the third year running - im like WTF - WHY MOVE THERE IN THE FUCKIN' FIRST PLACE.

My no1 rule for buying property would be NOT to buy property at a waterfront. In edinburgh theres LOADS of flats down in leith (near the waters edge). Will these places seem that much of a good investment in 10-20 years time when the oceans have risen a good few metres due to global warming?
