    also, they are coming out with new 50mm 1.4 and 85mm 1.4 in few weeks, so i just may return it regardless.

    • old ones are supposedly pretty decent as wellbolus
    • i never shot a digital photo in my life thoughbolus
    • oh yeah, I have the 50mm 1.4 and it's a beauty! and if the wallet can stretch to it I would go get the 105mm macro.scribbler
    • sigma's new 50mm is supposed to be pretty nice, a little better wide open than nikon's. where did you read they were updating?Chief
