I don't love my job. I actually stopped liking designing web stuff a long time ago. BUT it's how I know how to get paid the best I can, and I'm confident in the work I do. So are the people who hire me. So I do my job to get paid. I know the level of work expected of me and I supply it. I have no illusions of designing websites fulfilling me creatively, or even being a meaningful profession. when I want creative fulfillment or meaning I turn to working on the book I'm writing at home.
That's how I get through the day.
