I'm sure you have some sort of recourse. Talk to your producer or project manager about it. Whoever is managing you as a creative resource. Bring up the point about better ways to be managed as a creative resource. If you are proactive and things don't change then it may be time to consider working somewhere where you have some respect.
I know it's hard but try not to let your anger show or get the best of the situation. That just makes matter worse and singles you out as an uncooperative element.
