  I've realized that when i'm freelancing i want a salary job and when i have the salary job i want freelance. What it comes down to is find a fit that challenges you, has good people, and thank god you aren't a part of grandpa's era when you worked at the same glass factory for 35 years and look forward to getting a gold seiko watch for a retirement gift. (i'm wearing the watch btw) ;)
