Eye contact, your designs being "loose," or at least able to detach from your main book so that they can be passed around if there is more than one interviewer. (I find that very helpful.) My friends get really nervous for some reason. Just act natural, know what you're presenting to them... For me it works to treat it like I'm shooting the shit with a designer friend or colleague. (Remember, they were all once students too and had to go through the same thing.) Once, my interview went really well and I walked out with a limited edition pair of Adidas that weren't even close to being released to the public, that was cool.
