take it from me kate, get the fuck out. Not only do you suffer but so does your portfolio. I stuck around a job where we did absolutely nothing for about 3 years and when I finally left I had a hard time getting another gig with the 8 pieces I did in that time. RUN LIKE HELL!!!!!!!!!!
