duckofrubber: like it or not, it's there in the Bible, in more than one place. If you don't agree with the Biblical view of these things that's fine, but you should know that the Scriptures do not mince words on the subject of homosexuality. There is really no room at all for ambiguity on the subject, in spite of blaw's incorrect paraphrase of Jesus.

    1 Corinthians 6:8-10
"Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."

    1 Timothy 1:9-11
"...the law is not laid down for the just but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who strike their fathers and mothers, for murderers, the sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine, in accordance with the gospel of the glory of the blessed God with which I have been entrusted."

Again, these are words directly taken from the Bible, not me or my pastor.

    • God loves homosexuals and heterosexuals equally. And all sexual immorality, be it...teleos
    • hetero or homo is what separates us from Him. The sin of pride does as well. It's our sin nature that separates us.teleos
