    Seriously though, I've worked in ad agencies in Sydney and Chicago/NYC, Sydney is just as good. There are agencies like hostville.com.au which when I was there had americans queing up to get there.

    You'll have more chance of rising the ladder quicker in Sydney, then in 5 years time you could choose to move then.

    She can do medicine in sydney if she had to, and you can have you career. 4 years from now both go to NY.
