If you are lucky enough to of got a green card at least get over there and get use it. If you don't spend at least 3mths in the US within your first year of winning it you will lose it. See how you like it if its the real thing with your girl you will make it work and between you, you can see each other a few times a year not ideal but it may only be for a year or two. At least if you decide to go back to OZ to be with her you have a green card and can both head over there later... keep your options open y'all!
