I ordered some tickets for a Henry Rollins talking gig...the tickets said 10:30 start time, which I thought was a bit late, but hey, it's NYC. I arrived at the venue at 10:30 and the place is closed. A few employees out front were like - "man, the show started at 7pm". I showed them my ticket with the 10:30 time on it and they said - "Yeah, ticketmaster fucked up, you're like the 20th person to show up late...."
So I called TM, and at first they didn't believe me, then had me fax them the tickets...then asked me to fax them again...then they asked me to send them the tickets for proof...and this whole process took three weeks. Afterwards the bitch - same woman I talked to for three weeks - Yes Dana Schilling of Kansas City I am talking to you you fucking corporate stooge says to me "Well, we've determined that there isn't enough evidence to refund your money." And I fucking unloaded on this bitch. And I sent them the original tickets so I had fucking nothing left. I then contacted the venue where the show was to get a letter form them to state I wasn't the only person with this problem and the guy was lik e"Nope, sorry man. We do too much business with them to get on their bad side. You gotta eat it."
Fucking corruption all around. I hope they burn.
