People who say colonialism happen 10, 20, 30 years ago, so it shouldn't be an issue anymore, don't know the real consequences of it.:
Irreponsible departure by those in control, leaving no democratic heritage or tools for those who were left behind, ruler-drawn borders without any concern with the history, ethnic divisions, religion of those regions, subsidized civil wars (to gain free acess to natural resources like in Angola's Cabinda or to mantain/promote South Africa apartheid agenda in the 70's & 80's). These are just a very FEW of the responsabilities we (western democratic nations) share with that torned continent.
