Yea, they should just bump him up a division. My friend and I growing up weren't allowed to play in any of the baseball/ basketball/ soccer divisions in our age groups because at those ages you're either learning, or not very good. While we had older brothers and had been exposed/played these games constantly, well before we were of age to participate in a team setting.

Sounds cool, but basically in retrospect ... the kids in your grades think you're too good for them, and the kids who you play with are angry because someone 2/3 grades lower than them are starting, heh.

    Good times?

Yes. As it only made us continually better at a continued accelerated pace.

    • I know you love baseball but for some reason I can't picture you as a baseball player, hahaJaline
    • I had a similar experience, but not brothers, cousins. Too bad Sharon is such a small town, made things a bit harder.ismith
    • Well to my credit, I stopped playing when I got moved to Pony early and the kids were whizzing the ball.flavorful
