    I agree that when the western poweres pulled out of africa, they created a vacum, into which mostly dictators moved into, Idi Hameen (?) Mugabbe (?) etc. but that was a long time ago. Im not sure they created it, but they certainly didnt intervien when maybe they could of / should of.

    and when they do, like in Zimbabwae, its normally just to tell the cricket team not to go.
