    Totally depends on agency and client size as well. Some ADs at larger agencies, or with larger clients I should say, just because quality-control to make sure that everything designed fits an overly constrictive (and usually dated) style-guide.

    Bad ADs and CDs have no idea what they're asking as far as tech, etc. Good ones roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty, regardless of agency/studio size.
