draw a rectangle @ your new page size dimensions and placement, copy it to clipboard.
start recording.
paste in front. keep selected and menu> object/crop area. save and/ or save as pdf.
stop recording.
your AI document page will still be the old size, but the crop area will trim the pdf and any image exports.
or you could possibly open all 430 AI pages into one Acrobat document and crop the document page that way, but then your left with 1 multipage PDF.
