I think things will change after the debate, so long as the commentary of McCain giving succinct, short detailed answers (read: stock stump speech quotes programmed by his handlers) is finally outweighed by Obama giving longer, less quick answers (read: thinking things through, being rational, being human)

Does it amaze anyone else how the press and commentators can put the exact opposite spin on what I just wrote?

It seems that McCain, *gasp, to them looks like the great speaker now, because he uses those canned, stock responses and doesn't stutter. But Obama, who like I said, thinks things through, pauses here and there, etc. gets called on it and they say it shows his lack of judgement, inability to form an opinion when he's not using a teleprompter.

How is this so? This is crazy logic.

    • He's not thinking things through. He is trying to be politically correct about everything instead of giving the truth about his stance.designbot
