    In regard to the poly pro question, Im sure gramme can fill you in with more details but I worked on a project recently using a product called priplak which is a type of polypro.

    We were told we could print process on it and just used black to print some text (9pt - 16pt) and the printer couldn't do it. We then used black foil which clumped up in some of the more delicate type areas, and we then tried screen printing black on it which resulted in a washed-out ink coverage.

    In the end we used the foil but the finishers had to do em up x4 instead of x8 so they could watch the quality on them. It was a nightmare, and I don't think the client was really happy with the result. so you just have to be careful with the process and the design its used with.

    • I kinda figured it would be pain to do any printing... maybe Ill try embossing or a die cutimnotadesigner
