what is your combined thickness? I worked on a campaign that involved a 107-pg. perfect bound book and 4 accordion-fold brochures. We designed a polypro, clear frosted folder that housed everything. It would have all worked beautifully, had the client chosen to (a) pay for glued cases rather than self-tab, and (b) had the printer not trimmed the books too small. You can see from the photo that the books were too short. I was soooo pissed. Good news though: they're doing a reprint run this year, so we can fix all the stupid production problems.
