1) the same as any other product bought or consumed at any other venue on or offline, I don't differentiate. the balance of perceived value and necessity.

3) yes, even the perception of well thought out and executed design gives credibility to the site and whether I'm safe to buy from them.

Think of yourself as a consumer first and foremost, all these questions and answers are pretty black and white, right? take off your designer/business hat and just think about how you go about making buying decisions online.- Thanks...Yes they are but sometimes it's hard to see through the design hat when it's on your face..tparsons
