not a hostel, but definitely a good place to stay is ryokan kimi in ikebukero. its on the loop line about 5 stations from shibuya. super friendly, clean tatami mats and futons, all polished wooden floors..
super classy but super cheap.. from memory around 7000yen a night..very highly recommended
- do they have little cameras recording me jacking off to mash reruns?Llyod
- you can ask for that room, although i think it costs a bit more
