If you have a say 10 PSD files and you want them all save on your desktop as jpg's as 60% jpg compression. Open all 10 PSD's and press record and save one header as a jpg in the folder you want and then close that PSD and then press stop. Then just press play and all the other headers will be save in that folder as jpg's. Now in the future if you want to change the location of the folder then open the action and see where the save location is and change it to a new file path.
