1. i'm not even a proper designer, and my cv is in indesign, certainly not word. and in the ad agency i work in, you can certainly say 'concepting', we do it all the time.
2. bic it! everyone respects a man who squares up to his baldness and says, 'fuck you, candy. if you can't all get along, you're all getting the chop.'
