a simple text edit is a nice thing to do for free. an entire section is a change order or a whole new job (depending on the size). needing it by the next day is an expedited timeline. if a timeline is really tight on a project, the price always goes up. if you charge hourly i would double it. if you got payed a base sum, its up to you but i would break it down as a percentage of the total site and therefor a percentage extra for the added work. good luck.
