Camilo, you're on the right track with inserting actual copy-content below your flash movie. Just put it in some <p> tags and wrap a <div> around it and make the text very small. Rumour has it that if you include the <style> definitions in your html page, it'll read your trick but if you link an external stylesheet you'll be okay. I don't know how true this is at all.
That said, I can confirm that including actual copy below your flash piece definitely helps with your SEO. Be sure that you include proper sentences as well as the terms by which you'd expect to be found.
Interestingly, google may start reading flash files in the near future — but who knows how soon and how accurately, etc.
