This isn't even funny, I just went to london for the motorshow, and on the way back we decide to stop at Bond Street. On the way back from Bond st heading towards Stanmore, a girl who's with us won't come down the escalator.
She has a fear of going down escalators.
Going up was okay, but going down wasn't. Nice of her to tell us NOW. Anyway, after much crying, hyper-ventilation, and a quick chat with the bond st stationmaster (friendly, tubby bloke), he shuts down one of the escalators so she can walk down it while it's off.
Never again.
