Ok i called my cousin:
1) Yes She did find it
her: "how the hell did you know that"
me: "it made it's way on to gawker"2) She found it 3 weeks ago
her: "reported it to the local paper"
me: "must have been found by the internet tubes"3) It's only the size of a dog not a VW beetle
4) Plum Island is a strange gov't owned island out there that has alot of mystery and animal testing stories surrounding it.
her: "a friend of mine who is a scientist worked on a project at plum island for one day and then quit it because a creature that looked similar to what I found looked alot like something she had seen there"5) Many people are saying Turtle with no shell
6) unconfirmed conclusion is that it was a raccoon.
