I really do agree with you kush. he's just not in my top 50 list at all (hha, like I can name 50 good rappers right now :P ). I really did used to like him back in the golden era of Cash Money. He definitely is an entertainer, but I see nothing positive in 90% of what he says, nor do I see any comparable talent to a lot of people out there rappin right now. At the same time, that exact thing could be said of the Geto Boys that I played non-stop back in 1990 when I was 15 years old. He's just not for me is all. I think I'm angry because I'm trying to figure out if the rap pool seems shallow right now because it really has become commercialized shit or if it's because I've been listening to it for almost 25 years now and I'm just a jaded old man.
