    Both are really good but remember - if you are running Paralells now and want to install Boot Camp, you'll have to partition your drive which means erasing your data and starting over.

    Also - Bootcamp will run from your chipset (eg: faster but need to re-boot to go from system to system) while Parallels will run virtually (slower but easier to switch back and forth)
