  To be serious for a moment... What are people trying to do with this page? It lacks strong [any] hierarchy and task understanding. Your section "above the fold" is almost all advertising, which is a sure fire way to bury your site. Go check our Jakob Nielsons articles on web advertising.

  You're also using a *Microsoft icon on the Rigister area. I'd kill that.
